Welcome, I’m Liz.

I’m a Christian writer and the author of Finding Freedom from Rejection: Breaking Through the Glass to Embrace YHWH’s Love. I write for anyone who has ever felt unseen, unloved, or quietly burdened by shame—and is longing for a deeper sense of belonging in God’s love.

Much of my work explores what it looks like to step out of rejection, self-protection, and striving into a more secure identity rooted in who God says we are. I often draw from Scripture, Hebrew word studies, and honest personal reflection to explore themes of healing, freedom, and spiritual wholeness.

Alongside writing, I love time outdoors, meaningful conversation, travel, and the quiet rhythms of life. I’m especially drawn to stories—both my own and others—that reveal how God meets us in the places we feel most unseen.
